At SkyForgeLabs, we aim to provide fair and transparent terms for cancellations, refunds, and equipment returns. Please review this policy carefully before placing your booking.
1. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Refunds depend on when you cancel your rental:
- Cancellations 3+ Days in Advance (72+ hours):
Full refund of the rental fee. - Cancellations 1–2 Days in Advance (24–72 hours):
50% refund of the rental fee. - Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows:
No refund. This includes situations where you fail to collect the drone, are unavailable for delivery, or cancel on the day the rental begins.
Delivery charges are non-refundable if the drone has already been dispatched before cancellation.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
2. Early Returns
If you return the drone before the scheduled end date of your rental, no partial refund will be issued for unused time. This is because the equipment has been reserved exclusively for you during that period.
3. Returns of Equipment
At the end of the rental period, you must return the drone and all accessories in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
The return is considered complete when the courier tracking shows the parcel as received by the courier.
- On-Time Returns: No charges apply.
- Late Returns: Late fees of 110% of the daily rental rate will be charged for each calendar day beyond your scheduled return date, until tracking confirms the return.
- Failure to Return: If the drone is not returned within 5 days of the scheduled return date (and no extension is agreed), SkyForgeLabs will treat it as a non-return and charge your payment method for the full replacement value of the drone and accessories.
4. Refunds for Faulty or Undelivered Equipment
- If the drone arrives damaged or is missing parts, you must report this to us on the day of delivery and before use. If reported correctly, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- If the courier fails to deliver the drone to you, we will issue a full refund of the rental fee and any delivery charges.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, adverse weather, strikes).
5. Damage, Loss, or Missing Items
Refunds are not provided in cases of damage, loss, or missing accessories. Instead:
- You may be charged repair costs (if less than 50% of replacement value).
- If the equipment is damaged beyond repair or lost, you will be charged the full replacement value.
- Missing items (e.g., propellers, SD cards, chargers) will be charged at retail replacement cost.
Your insurance may cover these charges, but you remain responsible for payment directly to SkyForgeLabs.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund:

- Provide your booking reference and reason for cancellation or refund request
- Wait for written confirmation from SkyForgeLabs
Refund requests are considered effective from the time we receive your written communication.
